ADMISSIONS PROCESS

 

Thank you for your interest in Full Armor Christian Academy. We are eager to come alongside your family to help train the next generation to walk in God’s truth through Christian education. The admission process will allow us to know each student candidate and his/her family as well as possible prior to enrollment. The goal of this admission process is to determine the suitability of the school to each child’s needs. All decisions will be made in the best interest of the student candidate. The steps involved in the admissions process are outlined below.

 

 Step 1

School Material Review

Carefully read the Parent/Student Handbook and all other materials in the Admissions Packet.  Be sure to make notes of any questions you may have. If your child is fourth grade or above, you should have them read the Parent/Student Handbook as well. Dress Codes: K4-5th Girls, K4-5th Boys, MS Girls, MS Boys, HS Girls, HS Boys.  

Step 2

Complete Admission Forms

​Complete all forms in the Admission Packet and submit them to the school office at the earliest possible date. When you submit your packet, make sure that it includes the following:

  • Application for Admission (with recent photo attached) Click Here

  • Student Records Release Form (1st grade and above) Click Here

  • Immunization Record with doctor's signature

  • Copy of birth certificate (not original)

  • Copy of last report card received

  • Parental Cooperation Agreement Click Here

Step 3

Interview & Testing

When your complete Admission Packet and student records from previous schools have been received, the materials will be reviewed by the Admission Committee. On this committee’s recommendation, an appointment will be scheduled for student testing and family interviews.  

 

Step 4

Letter of Acceptance

Final approval of all applicants will be by the Full Armor Board of Trustees. At approval, your family will receive a letter from the school administrator indicating acceptance. 

 

Step 5

Enrollment Agreement

An Enrollment Contract must be completed and submitted to the finance office.  A $100 non-refundable deposit is required with the contract to ensure that the student’s place is reserved. This $100 deposit will be applied toward tuition.  A $400 building use fee is also due at the time of enrollment.
